Thank you for making the 2026 tournament a success

On behalf of the Mern Coveny Memorial Tournament Committee, thank you for joining us for another incredible day of hockey, community, and giving back.

Despite the torrential rain that seemed determined to test our commitment to the game, players, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters showed up with great energy and enthusiasm. The weather certainly gave us something to talk about, but it didn't stop what turned out to be a fantastic day of hockey.

Congratulations to the Titans and District Five, champions of the Recreational and Competitive divisions. The tournament featured great competition, sportsmanship, and camaraderie throughout the day, making it a fitting tribute to Mern's legacy.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported our fundraising efforts through donations and participation in the silent auction. Your generosity helps us continue to honour Mern Coveny while supporting initiatives that make hockey more accessible in our communities.

A special thank you to the many companies and individuals who generously donated items and experiences for our silent auction. Their support played a significant role in the success of this year's event. Tournament photos have now been added to the tournament website. We are currently finalizing our fundraising totals and calculating the amount raised through registrations, donations, and the silent auction. We look forward to sharing those results with you soon.
